Xs & Os Clinic and
Leadership Conference
Founding Leadership provides the opportunity for coaches to gather once a year.
We want coaches to take with them new ideas and strategies to use in their programs and lives. We also want everyone to have fun and eat good food!
Xs & Os Clinic
Our Xs & Os Clinic is organized and run by college football coaches.
Coaches split up by position groups and watch college coaches and players demonstrate drills. Coaches attending the clinic are able to observe up close and ask questions.
Leadership Conference
Our Leadership Conference is organized by Coach Johnny Roscoe and his wife Jane.
Months before the conference, they begin researching and talking with coaches about topics and the best people to speak. Their ongoing goal is to provide timely information that will empower high school coaches.
